Welcome to “OCRMTV,” the First Obstacle Course Racing TV Channel

BOSTON, MA (July 23rd, 2019): Obstacle Course Racing Media Network or OCRM Network for short was founded in 2017 by Daniel Krikorian and James Toohey, with the ambition of building a media network for the market of obstacle course racing. What is obstacle course racing? Obstacle course racing or OCR is a sport in which a competitor, traveling on foot, must overcome various physical challenges in the form of obstacles. Races vary from mostly obstacles such as American Ninja Warrior “Ninja Races”, to track races, to urban and cross country events.

Since OCRM’s inception, the two founders looked to build a network surrounding all of the major brands and styles of racing, from Spartan race and their Mud Run styled course to the UNAA and their Ninja competitions. In the following year and a half, OCRM has become a sanctuary for News surrounding the sport through OCRM’s TV Shows, Series and Live Coverage. The pair decided that, for this to become a professional sport with true media coverage, they must embed three key elements of the sports world; information, entertainment, and live coverage. So, OCRM started gathering the latest news, producing the first full-length shows, covering live events, and offering podcasts for their on-the-go followers.

Today, July 23rd, 2019 at 12:01 am ET, OCRM launched “OCRMTV.” The first and ONLY channel designed specifically for all the brands and styles of obstacle course racing to live. Whether it is a show, series or live coverage of an event, OCRM is looking to create a channel viewable on all devices and platforms for fans and competitors to view. To start, OCRM is making the channel available on their website http://www.ocrmnetwork.com for FREE. In the following months, the channel will find its way onto more platforms, viewable from TVs across the world! It is time to bring this sport into the spotlight and allow people from all over the world see what this exciting sport offers them. Less impact, fewer brain injuries, better role models, incredible intensity!

OCRMTV will kick off its launch with the LIVE broadcast of the UNAA (Ultimate Ninja Athlete Association) World Championships from Mystic Lake, MN this upcoming Friday, July 26th, 2019.
