NorCal Multisport and Café Holding Grand Opening June 8

LINCOLN, CA: Raceday Cycle & Multisport is opening its doors from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 8 to celebrate its official grand opening!

From triathletes with multiple Ironman events under their belt, cyclists with gran fondo’s on their schedule, to locals who just enjoy the occasional ride (and beer), this event is geared toward all. The first 100 people to arrive will be entered into a raffle to win a free, high-performance bike!

The grand opening celebration will feature representatives from Firestone Walker Brewing, Sacramento’s Bike Dog Brewing, and regional craft coffee leader Temple Coffee. Representatives and owners of local businesses will also join in the festivities, rounding out the day as a community-focused celebration of endurance sports and general wellness.

Raceday Cycle & Multisport is Sacramento region’s only triathlon shop, situated in south Placer County within a stone’s throw of numerous bucolic routes. This unique business serves not only runners, riders, swimmers and triathletes, but also all coffee, wine and craft beer enthusiasts. Raceday Cycle & Multisport is the child of America’s largest bike rental and transport company, Raceday Rental and Transport. Customers can now visit the Lincoln shop to discuss their rental and transport needs and pick up and drop off rented bikes!

“We are tremendously excited about showcasing the next generation of bicycle shop, equipped with craft beer and cafe,” said President and CEO of Raceday Transport Marc Sanders. “We created a gathering place for conversation, then added bicycles, running shoes and gear, triathlete essentials, group rides, nutrition information, bicycle fits, and everything in between. Our commitment to everything outdoor is the perfect fit for the local and surrounding communities.”

The shop’s bike service center offers custom sit-bone measurements, bike fitting sessions and full-service repair and maintenance for everything from a high-performance road bike to children’s bikes.
