Andy Dalton Shooting Range To Hold A Handgun Basics Class

The Missouri Department of Conservation’s (MDC) Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center will present a Handgun Basics class on Saturday, August 25th from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Join us to discover the basics of responsible handgun ownership and the joys of shooting. We will cover safety, handgun nomenclature, sight picture, sight alignment, breath control, trigger squeeze, and much more. All firearms and ammunition will be provided and you may bring your personal handgun to use during the live fire portion. There should be no live ammunition, concealed firearms, or uncased firearms inside the classroom.
